I wish I could leave negative stars. Unprofessional, incompetent, worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! Normally I wouldn’t even deal with a little mom and pop run operation like this but they had a car I’ve been looking for. Aside from the absolutely  atrocious experience I had inside the dealership (office manager screaming yelling and cursing at employees...in front of customers!) I later found out this office manager is the owner’s wife and doesn’t know the first thing about car sales. I purchased the vehicle and every aspect of the deal afterward was a complete headache. Apparently the bank never financed my deal due to whatever they did incorrectly. They tried to tell me I needed to put more money down to resolve the issue which was their error. Have been trying to get my license plate for over a month now (they just keep issuing me new temp tags) DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! SCAM! CRIMINALS! LIARS! BUYER BEWARE!

Ok, I can't even deal after reading all these fake reviews from obvious fake accounts. My younger brother moved to Miami for school and fell in love with a car he saw at Michael's. I told him to be careful because Miami is well know for funny business.The salesman lied to him about the process and most of the car history as well. CROOKS !!! Handed him the keys and let him drive off in the car for a month+ before his deal was even finalized or approved !!!. EVERYONE DOES NOT GET APPROVED. This is complete BS !!! He was told to put down more money which he did not have at the time so I then became involved. The finance aspect was a complete disaster therefore I advised him to return the car and be done with it. Instead he eventually gave them more money in cash and they of course had no recollection of this when he went to pick up his registration. 3 different faces giving us the run around of the century every single time like if this was our first time purchasing a car. The office manager also treated us like garbage because we expected them to do their jobs !!! Hire employees that speak English !!! That would help ! We have given up and now working directly with the bank to resolve my brothers issues because this was a terrible car buying experience to say the least. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE ! SHADY BUSINESS ! RUDE OFFICE MANAGER ! MESSY FINANCE ! LIARS !!!

Javier was a really good salesmen , he helped me and my family find the right car for us. He was very honest and kind. Really recommend him. We left the dealer satisfied with how we were treated.

Javier really helped me find a car that I really liked and wanted. Orlando and Lou explained and broke everything down simple so I could understand.I got approved in a 2016 dodge challenger and drove off the lot the same day.I want to give a big thanks to everyone at Michael's auto sales for looking out for me I will definitely be sending them all my friends and family to purchase their cars there. A1 customer service!!! 💯

I JUST BOUGHT A 2015 DODGE RAM 1500 FULL LOADED FROM JOE ON 2503 DICKERSON PIKE AND AM LOVING IT AMAZING SEVICE AMAZING PEOPLE AND IT IS BUY HERE PAY HERE
