Larry from the sales department is super nice and helpful. We talked on phone and he explained me the details of the car and its parts quite well. He also spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone figuring out my financing numbers. He was very helpful and direct with the numbers. By end of the call I had clear numbers on the total price and monthly financing.

Went in to get my two cars appraised. They worked fast and were very clear with what they could offer me. They compared their estimate with Kelley Blue Book. Spacious branch and good car options parked outside.

Quick experience BUT I’m paying for it now. First problem was that they dinged my credit twice (when I was ASSURED it wouldn’t be touched by them, only a credit check with my own lender Chase). Second, they took forever to send in my title/registration paperwork, so I ended up paying $100+ for extra trip permit fees while waiting for my title and plates to arrive. Third, turns out they didn’t pay the fees for these items (when I ASSURED it was all taken care of and I didn’t need to do anything). Lastly, just found out they didn’t even actually send the forms for my registration - only for the title!! It is really frustrating to have incompetent employees give me answers that end up being incorrect and costing me over $300 trying to get it done. I hardly ever give negative reviews but I’d stay far away from this place. They don’t know what they’re doing, and it will cost you.

I found what I wanted and no haggling. Very happy and will go with them for my next car purchase.

Went there one day and walked out lowering my credit score for absolutely no reason. They have no idea how soft/hard credit check works. Avoid if you care your credit score.
