Thank you Lawless for your kindness and generosity. My brother is part of the Lawless family, so I had asked him if there was any way we could have them contribute something to a benefit we're having to raise money for a family member, who's currently fighting for his life. With little information, just the knowledge of a brother in need, a gift of many fine things was put together for us to raffle off. This was a last minute request that was honored without question, and in little time. Thank you again for your kindness and contribution to a good cause. My family thanks you. We will continue to support the Lawless Family always.

You got to have a game plan when you come here it's like a brothel. Too many bikes to choose from too many colors to decide on. Really, do your self a favor and check your tongue at the door so you don't trip all over it.. Ask for Ramon, he did a awesome job helping us out and educate us on the pros & cons of each model based on your riding style...

It’s only in unusual circumstances that I post reviews, but I would be negligent if I didn’t. Much KUDOS to Tim Schwartz. He’s a true stand out!  I’ve been in the biking game for a while. I’ve been to many dealerships all over the country. I had all level of services—some good, some bad, while others on average. 

Tim solve my part issue while I was scratching my head wondering what I should do next.  This isn’t a one-shot deal. He consistently provides high level of service. He listens. He understands the customer needs, and very knowledgeable of products.  Most importantly he solves the challenge. All the qualities of a great Harley Davidson Team Member.

Tim’s excellent customer service is a great example for all of us. He’s above and beyond!

I just want to give a shout out to Cheryl, the parts manager, for all the help and assistance she provided to us for a fairing mount we had on a free wheeler this past week. Further, the mechanic was great and explained things to me on the mounting. I was waiting (Customer wait) for the job to be completed and the people I came in contact with there were great!  Customer service is where it all begins and feeling welcomed from the minute you arrive.  I ask that you strive to exceed the standard. We drive from Spanaway to use your dealership and with both of us being professionals, we are looking where to take our business and spend our money. We will continue to use your dealership as long as we feel welcomed and get great service!  Have a super day and keep pushing wind therapy!
