I have a 2007 Mercury Milan and when I went to use my turn signal last night a digital reading appeared telling me to check my LR blinker.  When I determined that it was definitely not working, I looked up where to buy the part and went to Auto Zone on Garfield Rd.  The gentleman who took care of me looked up the part and then rang it up for me.  Then he asked if I needed help to install it.  I couldn't believe it and asked if there was a charge, to which he replied, "No."  Seriously, I was overjoyed as I thought I was going to have to rely on You Tube and if I was unsuccessful, I would have to recruit one of my brother-in-laws to help me.  
This wonderful man was able to access the light without having to dismantle the entire trunk and in minutes I had a working blinker again.  It was like Christmas in October for me!! 😀
I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism I received at Auto Zone in Traverse City.  I highly recommend this establishment and will be telling all my friends and family about my fabulous experience there.
Thank you so much for helping me and making my car safe again!!!

Fair knowledgeable countermen.  Fast service and good parts selection. Lots of tools. Go there for your parts and advice.

Excellent when you need a quick part immediately, but if you can wait 3 days eBay sells same parts for 1/3 of price.

Very friendly and helpful! My headlight went out and I stopped in to buy a set of lightbulbs. Very helpful in helping me choose the correct ones and they installed them for me. Not all auto stores will do this and I very much appreciated the helpful service!

GREAT customer service!  Jeremy F tested my battery and we found out it was dead.  I bought a new one, but he wasn't allowed to install it because it is located under the back seat (some king of liability thing). He carried my new battery out to my car then went to his car to get his personal tool kit so I could swap it out myself without having to drive home for tools and bring my old battery back for the core exchange.  A+++ service.  Thanks Jeremy!
