We bought our used Subaru from Serra in 2016 and have had excellent experiences in every way. Just this morning, the car broke down as my son was driving it to school. I called the service department, and the service manager drove to the high school, checked out the car, and told us our problem wasn't the steering belt as we'd thought but missing lug nuts/loose lug nuts/snapped studs from one of the snow tires. He suggested we have the car towed to the facility that put the tires on as they would probably make good on their work, and that was the case. He saved us a ton of money and spent a lot of time helping us troubleshoot. Wow! Thank you, Carl!

Called and spoke to mike about a 2009 Subaru Forester for sale around 11am. Told him I wanted to buy it (cash), and to hold it for me. He said it was available, and he could hold it for me. He spoke with his sales manager, who gave me a "out the door total price", so you would only assume that the sale manager would have said its sold, and not gone through all the work of accepting my offer, plus giving me an out the door price... 1:30pm comes around, and I call Mike to let him know I'm on my way to come purchase the vehicle only to find out his sales manager said it was sold 30 minutes ago. I was extremely upset, and surprised that the sales manager did such a sly move. Definitely gave the dealership a bad reputation.... I spoke with the GM, didn't get to far yet as they are trying to accommodate with a different vehicle. I am hopeful that something can be done. The sales person was excellent, the sales manager on the other hand...... I will update this review as the dealership tries to correct this.

We contacted this dealership looking at purchasing a new Cadillac. It appeared that your dealership had one in stock that had most of the options that we wanted. The advertised price seemed good. You can imagine our surprise when the sales person came back with a number that was approximately $10,000 higher than your advertised price. Please keep in mind that this vehicle is one year older than the current model year. We understand if your dealership is not into having the best price… Not all dealerships are. But, if you are going to advertise a low price, giving someone the impression that you have competitive pricing… You probably should deliver on that. We gave two stars instead of one because at least the sales person was prompt in getting back to us.

Tommy Hess and Joel Shook are the guys to see if looking for a new vehicle. They make the scary process of buying a new vehicle simple and easy!! Just leased my second vehicle from this location and am extremely satisfied with purchase and interaction with all staff encountered in the leasing process. Returning my old lease was simple and finding the exact car for the money was easy for Joel! I got more than I could ask for and would recommend either one of these men for your venture into Subaru territory!!!! Thanks Tommy and Joel!

Was told replacing my brake pads would take about 40 minutes. Ended up being 2 1/2 hours. My time is valuable. I would have appreciated an honest time frame and still would have given my service.
