Reviews

I brought my car in to have the bumper replaced. During the estimate they were lovely and the office staff was quite accommodating. However, the people running the shop have made my experience horrendous. When I dropped my car off, the told me I was in the wrong place and had me drive to a location down the street, where I was informed to return to the place I came from. The disaster continues as they failed to let me know they had ordered the wrong parts. My car is 2 days over due. I should have been leaving for a trip two hours ago, and they are still not done with it. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience.
