This Hornbacher's at Village West is my favorite one of all their stores. I get a lot of help at the customer service desk. They cash checks for me and have post office services. They will check you out if they aren't busy. What makes the difference is their attitude. They WANT to provide good service and are considerate while they do it. No attitudes here. I get the rottiseri chicken all of the time at the deli area. They started carrying a new brand which is free from chemicals. It's really juicy and tastes better than the other brand they carry. Stop in and buy some flowers for a special someone. You will shop here and be delighted. Count on it.

I love the customer service at Hornbachers. Their store is very nice and the employees are friendly. 4 stars is because of the wages they pay their employees.

The best grocery store for everything except produce. The produce section sometimes has to be told to look at what they are offering which is well past expired. Also they cup their deli meats in the morning and lesser popular items such as the pricey roast beef will by the end of the day be of loe quality from sitting out and when you ask... They will not cut fresh Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars because I really like the store. They simply need a little direction in a couple areas.

This is probably the best location in the FM. Always a close spot...well stocked....clean...etc. They do have some of the strangest cashiers though.
