I had excellent consumer service from Farhad! He showed me my options that I had for my budget and helped me find a new cellphone. Im happy that everything worked out with getting a new cell.

Had a great experience here! Connor was very helpful and also very funny, and made upgrading my phone a lot less stressful. 10/10 will come here again for my future customer service needs

I wish I could remember the people who have helped me here over the years however I do not. The customer service here is incredible. These guys go above and beyond to do whatever they can to optimize your plan. Every time I have walked in here it has been busy, however the staff always greets us immediately and follows up by letting us know how long it will be until I am up. Sprint's coverage as a whole is not the best but knowing there are people willing to help me on a personal level like these guys will make me continue to use their service. Thank you!
