kinda helped. needed a youtube video to figure out where something is in my car. basically told me the part wasnt in my car. told him my check engine light was on. he said yeah idk why go somewhere else.

Staff was very friendly helped me quickly so I can be out fast. The staff and mgr greeted and made me feel welcomed and were willing to go extra mile to access my car needs. Wilk be a regular here thanks to them.

Returned an item, employee tore open then factory sealed box to verify that I did not replace the spark plugs with old spark plugs. It took him five+ minutes to get the box open. I said it would appear that it wasn't open, because look how difficult it was for you to open it only to find out, it was never opened. Idiot plain and simple.
