I called on a Friday morning to say I had a service light on and needed to know the earliest I could get in. Bret said I was welcome to come right over and they would work me in.  The staff is always courteous and accommodating, the charges explained, and work completed carefully.  I always have a good experience here, but this special effort was especially appreciated.

I couldn't start my car. Call Bret's for help as emergency. Drop off morning next day and thy take care of my car immediately.  Great job. Thank you so much. You are the Best.

I've had several repairs done at Bret's on two Toyotas.  Quick service, fair prices, and quality work.  Timing belt and starter on a Camry.

Kept me waiting for about 40 mins after that appointment and wasted my time , 

Completely unprofessional and unapologetic behavior, 

 what's the point of making an appointment in person and treat a potential customer like this .

Take your car here and you will taken care of. Bret(the owner) pays very close attention to all the cars that come into his shop and makes sure that his customers are happy when they roll. Thanks to him and his team I had my truck diagnosed with a runability issue that has been plaguing me for years. Go here
