VERY solid experience. Had to make an appointment 2 weeks out which is no big deal, scheduling is completely understandable. Once my appointment came around, I dropped off my car and they told me it’d be done in about 3-4 days. Again, not a problem. Picked up a rental and was on my way.

Got a call 2 days later saying they’d finished repairs 1-2 days early. Can’t complain about that! Super good people that know how to treat a customer. Thanks guys!

Come on keep deleting it next time this is deleted I will involve my lawyer. Try me. You guys can keep deleting it but I’ll be posting it everyday. Got pictures proof and evidence that the Manger likes to grind on employees, hug and be touchy with everyone. Work is not done right if you g t your vechile in there don’t expect to see it for 1 month even if it’s a 15 hours job. Employees smoke weed and drink daily while working on vechiles. Investigation should be held on store manger and employees for drug use and sexual assault, will be sueing gerber of Lynnwood. Good luck. I feel sorry for the owner who are not aware of drug abuse in the work area.

Here's the feedback I sent to the home office:  Lacking in experience & manners, some on your staff are not just rude, but haven't a clue about how to improve service to people who come in from insurance companies that actually recommend your company.  I was greeted first with ignorance then hostility when I questioned why I was told I'd be getting a quote from Liberty Mutual.  Liberty Mutual is not my  insurance company.   I told my insurance company about this first encounter / misinformation and the way I'd been treated.  I told them they should stop recommending Gerber Collision if the staff doesn't know what they are doing or are trying to steer business to Liberty Mutual.  I had to give three reports to my insurance company about this.  I was treated as if I were stupid and didn't know what I was talking about with regard to my own car and insurance company.  The reverse was actually the case.  I was mishandled two times and ended up giving a piece of my mind after obvious delight was taken by the receptionist in pissing me off.  I've never encountered worse service and will never recommend your company to anyone.  I let my insurance company know exactly what happened , why and exactly how intense the situation was in the end when the receptionist said things about my insurance company that were not true.  My insurance company was almost as shocked as I was after I was pushed to the point of losing all patience; and then losing it.  I make no apologies for that. You need to train your staff better so they understand simple words like Hello, How are you, I'm sorry, I want to help you, How can I help you.  You know, simple common courtesy and diplomatic ways to interact with strangers i.e. the paying public.

Their customers service is great. Friendly staff that is well in formed able to explain my options and what that meant to my budget and the repairs.
