We ended up stranded on the side of I-5 when our 2007 Ford Escape had catastrophic engine failure. AAA towed the car to Jeff's, one of their approved auto repair shops. To make a long story short, Brian and his team were great to work with. He communicated with us throughout the process. We just drove back from Lynn wood to Portland and the car is running great. Thanks, Brian, John and the entire team!

My 2002 Saturn is running strong in large part due to the timely, proactive service at Jeff's. They have been my go-to car shop for many years because they are helpful, straightforward and do great work.

Great attitude and service. I was passing through the area on the way to the Canadian border and unexpectedly got a dead battery. I pulled in at the start of what was clearly a very busy morning for this shop. Notwithstanding the fact that I was clearly not from the area, I was treated courteously, helped immediately, sold a quality battery and had it installed at a fair price and sent on my way within 20 minutes as though i was one of their old valued customers. I believe it was Chris that helped me. They are a class act. Thank you guys.

I have been taking my vehicles to Jeff's for years and have had nothing but exceptional customer service and perfect repairs. They are very honest, priced competitively, and provide quality workmanship. I recommend them to everyone.
