This place is awesome. I love this AutoZone. They have very wide selection of everything you need for your vehicle and more. The employees are all very polite and helpful, and they know their stuff. They don't pressure you to buy stuff you don't need. Employees will even go the extra mile and help you install items at no extra cost! I've been coming here for over a quarter of a century. They have zero plans to move, despite the barely-accredited degree mill posing as an institution higher learning wanting to raze area to build another administrative office or parking lot. Shop AutoZone and tell Lindenwood to **** off and quit taking over St. Charles.

We bought two different batteries at this AutoZone in the last six months.  One of our experiences was great, but we needed a bit of help with the installation of our second battery, but the college kids who work at this Autozone only like to help ladies with their cars.  I point-blank asked a red-headed guy (about 20 years old) to help me lower a battery into my 370Z and he said, "I can't help you, Dude!".  Slow getting someone at the counter inside.  We always get better service and more friendly staff at the AdvanceAuto just next door to Autozone.  Our last Autozone experience has killed our desire to ever go back.  #BadManagement #UntrainedEmployees Our third unpleasant experience at this specific AutoZone in the last four years.

This place sucks. A lot. I went in to ask for help on my car, because I'm not a car person. I don't know what I'm doing. I tell the guy (Jason) the problem I'm having, and he's so rude about it. Giving me passive aggressive answers and being super sarcastic about everything. I eventually convince him to come take a look at my car, and he opens the hood and says "it's the alternator" without looking at anything. Just says it. He told me to come back the next day because he didn't want to deal with fixing it that night, if I couldn't do it myself. I left and had a friend look at my car a couple of days later. He opened the hood and immediately noticed my battery had popped. That was it. This place is a joke. Don't go to this place if you have questions or are unsure of something, because you will be judged. Hard. The only good thing about this place is the location, but unfortunately I won't be back. So, that doesn't matter anyway.

An employee was not very helpful with questions I asked. He was rude and sarcastic. All the other employees I dealt with there were friendly and helpful.

The guys here are awesome. Very friendly and they even replaced my battery for me in cold damp weather. I highly recommend this place.
