Prescription rang up for 74$ should of been $40 with my savings card. Shocked that Jessica, working pharmacy got on her phone and pulled up correct savings card and saved me time and money

Just had my first experience with customer service at 1-800-SHOPCVS and it was wonderful.  Not only did the customer service person address my needs but she called the store to give them a heads on a product I would be exchanging with no receipt and no packaging. I was going to just purchase a new item but thought I would try calling to see if they could do anything for me.  Glad I did!

I use the pharmacy on a regular basis and they are great, very personable. They try to fit your time schedule and that is very helpful. Much better then a year ago. Thank you, Elaine Capstick
