Okay, so they have a price matching system that makes absolutely not sense. You can price match books from Amazon (really the only place they do price matching from) BUT the book cannot come from the Amazon warehouse? Huh...The reason is because they do not know what kind of content is being sent, If I'm ordering a text book hopefully a text book right?

Drove an hour to get here for them to be closed during business hours, for inventory. The lady that at the door was very rude. I told her that I already had my book purchased, it was sitting on the shelf. All she had to do was hand it to me, instead she yelled at the top of her lungs at me. I have homework I need that book for. 😢😢

Order text books on line with extreme caution. They use the old bait and switch tactic on you to get your business. It is in the fine print they do this so they can get away with it. I ordered my book about 3 weeks before the class began. I selected to rent a used copy but then a week before the class began I was charged 73% more for the rent new copy option. They got my business by advertising a cheaper option than the competition, then ended up being more expensive than some after pulling the rug out from under me. It's too close to the beginning of the class to cancel my order so they win this time. It is however the last book I'll be buying from here.

They take in barely any books for trade/cash, stating "lindenwood isn't using that book next semester". When they do want my book, they give me $20 for a $200 book.

They are extremely slow and overcharge for book rentals. They don’t give out refunds for books and they try to charge you a fee for not turning your book in on time when the line is out of the door for returned books and who has time to wait that long to bring back THEIR books that WE paid for. It’s ridiculous. This is my last semester buying books from here.
