Custom Auto Body is equipped with state-of-the-art auto collision repair equipment and is staffed by experienced and certified technicians to assure the standards of quality that have come to be associated with the Custom Auto Body name.

Since 1961, Custom Auto Body has been serving the auto body repair and painting needs of northeast Ohio. Our shop is independently owned and operated and staff takes pride in providing quality repair and service.

We have been using Custom Auto Body for all of our car repairs for years.  The atmosphere is always courteous and professional.  I can truly say that they are perfectionists!  I recommend Custom Auto Body to all my relatives and friends because I am certain they will be satisfied.  Truly a pleasant experience.

People at this body are very friendly and customer focused.  The lady at the desk is very pleasant and helpful.  As for the work from the shop; not what I expected.  Had to take my car back for buffing after seeing paint build up on where the door and fender meet.  Not sure how they did that.  Paint had dust specs in several places.  Edge of rear door had some sort of white hard build up on it that looked very bad.  Car had overspray on windows and other parts of the car.  They did try to fix some of the areas but I'm not sure why that would return a one year old car in that condition.  I am turning the car back in from my lease and hope it's acceptable.  I cannot recommend this shop if you own or plan on keeping your car.
