Nobody at the registers, had to call for an employee, and then he went, "WHAT?" not "Can I help you", just "What?" then I asked for what I need, he clearly did not wanna help because he sighed deeply then slowly walked toward the aisle. He was able to find the the parts I need, which I could not find because I can not id the part just by its part number, then he just walked really fast back to register. at least I thought so. nope, he just walked behind the register and starting to stocking stuff using ladders. now, why would you wanna do that knowing I am going to pay the part? standing there 30 seconds staring at him "yo, I need to buy this". he was just completely ignoring me and kept on stocking stuff. then I saw this older black gentleman, thought he was going to help me. nope, he looked at me, then just walked back to where he came from. I just tossed the part on the register desk and walked out. Auto Zone, you need to fire these people!

I have had 2 sets of tires put on here (2 different cars), vehicle inspections and oil changes. They are very courteous and tell you straight up what costs will be involved. They have a small waiting area with a small TV mounted on the wall. They have a bathroom towards the back, past the tires.

Went for windshield wipers. They offered to help. Broke the back wiper arm. No biggie, said I could come back the next day for a replacement. We went and they never ordered it. Had to wait another two days until I had time to go. Rained of course. The guy who eventually fixed it showed me how there's a hinge cap that pops off to fully extend the arm. That gentleman gets 5 stars. Think it was Michael.

Nobody in there has any clue what they are doing. Asked them to reset a check engine light and they couldn't do it, along with the fact that he almost didn't come out to even read the code because "it's raining"...Bologna.

Thankfully these poor guys were open at 8:30 on a Sunday night. I was able to pick up a part I needed for a project that had to be done by Monday morning! Thank you AutoZone!!!
