Purchased car battery. Checked on line on their website for the specific battery for my car, was given three choices, picked the one that I thought best meets my needs, ordered it on-line for 10% off. Quickly received an email advising that the battery was waiting for me. Drive to the store, they serviced my car right away by checking my current battery to determine if in fact I needed a new battery. The testing device said “replace battery” and they quickly installed the new battery for no extra charge.

Purchased car battery. Easy purchase online, was in stock, quick & free installation. Price was awesome too. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.  Definitely going back again.

Easily the best customer service I've had. Art, the owner there, is extremely helpful. I had an issue with a battery I purchased for my phone. He was understanding and very helpful even though I had not purchased a warranty. I highly recommend this store.

Ordered replacement battery packs online at a 10% promotional discount.  Picked them up the next day at my local Batteries Plus Bulbs store.  Very convenient and reasonable pricing.

Very helpful! I was able to purchase a battery for my ancient Galaxy Note 3 and get it up and running again ASAP, much faster than waiting for a battery purchased on the internet to show up maybe in five days or a week or who knows when and wonder if it is going at actually work and be authentic! Meanwhile, he is going to check into cost of fixing the issue with the recharging  hardware on my phone. He had an independent adjustable recharger for the battery so I would have the use of my phone  until a decision could be made about repair. He also offered to accept return and refund of the cost of the independent charger if I decided to repair. Was a win-win situation for me!
