We had recently purchased an item online and had the package shipped to this store for pick up. Prior to having it shipped, I had called the store to ask some questions, but the employee I spoke with failed to give me enough information which caused an unexpected cost. However, when I contacted the owner to provide feedback, he was very professional and graciously refunded the cost because of the error. Reggie Rytter is an owner who cares about his customers and providing excellent customer service, a rare quality these days. It’s safe to say one can confidently do business with his store.

Had to print docs and have a notary sign. HOWIE helped me with the whole process. In the time it took for him to thoroughly review the documents and notarize several of them, 12 customers came into the store for service. He was courteous, helpful, quick, detailed and had a great sense of humor. One very snide customer gave him a bad attitude when he said he would be right with her (as he was notarizing my settlement docs), he remained pleasant and didn't skip a beat. I run a very large organization and wish more of my staff exhibited even half the customer service skills Howie possesses. The store is lucky to have him.

Great customer service at this location! Went in today with a bunch of returns headed back to Amazon and the man working was so helpful in organizing and packing everything for me!

Had to ship an unusually shaped package to my son in New York. I received the BEST service from an employee named Howie. Great service with a pleasant personality. Would recommend going when Howie was there.

A package was left at this store for me by the sender. I needed to return the package and sender provided me with a shipping label. I called the UPS store and they told me I could email them the return label and they would take care of everything for me so I didn't need to make an extra trip to the store. They (Rande) even emailed me a scanned confirmation code so I could see the package was on it's way back to the sender. Excellent customer service! Thank you!
