Okay. I got to warn you. This is a long story. So I apologize now. But I have to tell it the way it happened. Well about 3 years ago my neighbor, let's just call him...Chef. purchased this big ugly monstrosity that looked like a bomb from a B-52 BOMBER. Everyday he was home early from work. He was a drug dealer (Chef the drug dealer). Okay, in some circles they call pharmacist, or some nonsense like that. Either way he sold drugs. After about 2 mounths of finding in the driveway with this ugly thing with smoke coming out of it , I was srating to get concerned. Well one day I came home from work only to be alarmed to the point of action because he seemed to have wired up some kind of explosive device in his drive way. This bomb...I called it a bomb because I knew what kind of people Chef and his kind (drug dealers) were like. My first thought was: I got call someone because my neighbor (Let's now call him Chef the drug dealer terrorist) seemed to be about read to go off the deep end and blow up the neighborhood. Or at least my new landscaping. I thought for a while an decide to take the only path I could. For my children's sake. I needed them to know Daddy loved them so much, he sacraficed himself to take down...let's the head of a terrorist cell who was "cooking" up drugs and making WMD'S next door. So, I decided to be a hero. And take him down, disarm the bomb and get the drugs of the street. I got out the car walked across the yard and into his driveway. I walked up to him and said... "Howdy neighbor. What's ya doin?" You I said it just like that. You all would have been proud. I guess you are all wondering what in the ash can does this have to do with BBQ Gurus. Well I'm getting to that. So I walked up to him struck my superman pose and demanded an explainations. I'm deserving a the medal honor. I'm just saying. In short I learned about something called a big Green egg and a Cyber Q. And that he wasn't cooking drugs or making bombs...So he said. I still have my suspicions. Well fast forward to 2 years ago, my wife gave me a ceramic kamado grill, a Vision professional series S, P ... one of those. I set out chasing smoke in hopes of perfecting my grilling skills. I would one day be the master of all grill masters... I guess that would make me the grill overlord. Yeah, that's it The Gill Overlord... I apologize for the ADHD. They didn't have the diagnosis when I was younger. Therefore, I have suffered through a life time of untreated and unorganized genius. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. Well back to the story. After getting the Kamado grill set up, I had some immediate set backs, which I had to later over come. I got banned from the grill. My wife accused me of destroying good Meat. What is that. Destroying good Meat? I told her that I was perfect searing techniques and developing goog consistent bark. None the less I was still banned from grill anything more there hot dogs. This was a violation of my constitutional rights I thought. So I contact my congressional representative only to find out that he is no longer my representative, due to redistricting. So he said. I'm checking into gerrymandering. Any who, I lobbied and negotiated to get my grill privledge restored. I was dying. During my down time, I was putting in work. I learned how to brine and smoked a turkey. After convincing my wife to allow my the horror, I mean honor (damn auto correct) of smoking a turkey and wings for a visit from my brothers. She figured if someone died it was just my brother. I could probably make bail. Needless to say, no one died and due to my great success I had my privledges restored. As a matter of fact my wife got me the CYBERQ wifi for my birthday the next year. All my preparation paid off. That degree I got from YOUTUBE University was start to pay for itself. I was starting to feel confident through my most recent grilling successes. Then...setback. after about 3 cooks with my Cyber Q wifi, I decided to set up my unit so that it could be controlled remotely. After many attempts and failed attempts. Part I

Great product, supported by really nice people. I've been using their temp controls for 7 years now and wouldn't use anything else. Had a problem with one of the controls I had and they went out of their way to make it right. Outstanding customer service. Chris Graue Lincoln, IL
