The worst place to get your car parts or service. This store cashier denied to solve my car issue. I bought a battery from them last month. Not even 1 month pass the battery volt level is on 10.00 instead of 13. When i mentioned to him without even seeing my car he said its the alternator i have to change . Then i defend and said you didn’t even check . He said you have to take out the battery and come to us. Or you can ask the guy outside(Homeless) to help you take out the battery. Ufffff. Or else come back before 5 P.M. then I mentioned if i shut off the engine i will be stuck . He said it is the company policy we don’t touch service vehicle after 5 P.M. I mentioned last month you replace the battery at 8:30 p.m. He said there is a difference between last month and this month. Policy changed. If you want call the corporate. Don’t get battery from there at least. This is the reason why all this franchise owner loose money and customer.

Jemmie customer service was great. He assisted me with my battery replacement, informed me about discount while purchasing both air filters and signing up for the rewards card. Fast & Easy

Bad experience. Their work time is till 9pm. I went there at 8pm and the staff said he cannot test in the evening and I need to went back tomorrow?! I said my battery went down at least could you charge it to let me go, and he tried only half minutes and went back leaving a word "call toll". I had no way and asked a passing car to help me to made the car run. I can't image why could a staff do this to a customer when there was even no other clients here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, ITS A JOKEi just left there with my husband and there were 5 people in line and employee was helping someone on phone and ignoring in-store  customers and never said a word as he saw us about 4 times, then a customer yelled helloooo and finally a second employee popped out of NOWHERE?! after about 10 minutes, this is absolutely disgusting as i myself work in retail,  this problem should be dealt with asap.
