The manager Dwight did me right. He was very helpful in getting things taken care of. I live in NY but my son is in Fl and his cars CV axle broke on the highway, we had the car towed to tire kingdom where we had recently purchased tires, and they had him up and running right away.

This is my 3rd trip to Tire Kingdom Pompano in a few years, and I would never go anywhere else. They have always given me a fair price, accurate estimates and great customer service. We as customers need to be nicer to those assisting us. While dropping my rim off yesterday, I heard a customer yelling and screaming at Brandon who works behind the counter, he composed himself very well with all of the vulgar threats coming from the irate customer. He took his time apologize to myself and the line of customers behind me at 5:00 as the customer continued to call back and scream. Travis the manager is the one who ended up dealing with the customer when he came into the shop, the customers demeanor was abusive and no worker should have to deal with irate customers. At one point a shop tech had to try and calm the customer down, as he walked heavily in and out. I thought the situation could go from bad to worse but Tire Kingdom has a great team here in Pompano. We as customers really need to take it easier on those helping us, treat others as you wish to be treated! AND a big way to handle a bad situation Brandon and Travis! Keep up the great work, you have a customer for ever with me!

Staff was helpful but they did not have a car if I'd mechanic on and they were short staffed. Wait was a bit long.

the estimated price and the price i was charged did not match and i was charged 70.00 for balancing my tires. two separate charges ones a lifetime that doesn't start til after you pay the one time balancing fee that cost 40.00. rip off. than i said i didn't want the sensors for my tires and they still charged me to put the sensors on. make sure you look at what they are charging you before you pay. when brought up to the associate i was blown off and told they don't get a break down of charges so they don't know. in the end the company got me for 70.00.
