I was told one thing. Then when i get there told another.  After i was told to come in, Mindy says only in America people are so unprofessional by lying to the customers.... Noooo only in Value Pawn.... Go somewhere else people... They will not help you. They act like their friendly but their not very smart at all and very unprofessional....

Place has great selection of items in great if not new condition employees are friendly and helpful great place for lowns or sales

Don't waste your time here. I brought in a $750 gold bracelet, two collectible coins, two pairs of 14k earrings, and a sapphire necklace and they offered me $1 yes one dollar for the sapphire necklace and $75 for everything else. I am so offended. These people were then extremely rude.

Great prices and they are willing to bargain on items so you don't have to assume the ticket price is set in stone.
