According to the web, the store is supposed to open at 9 am on 12/27/14. I have been trying to call if the haircut appointment needed. No one had answered the call since 9 am. So, I decided to drive over there. On my way, I still kept calling for several times, still no answer. When I arrived there around 9:25 am, the staff told me there's no way they could accept me since the schedules were booked for the day. 
They did not bother to answer the calls to make convenience for the customers. It has no way that I am going to make another appointment with no right working attitude.

I have been going to blanca since the day they opened! she started doing my hair at age 14 or 15 and i am 20 now! never leaving her! she is amazing. i always let her do whatever color she wants or a design
