upscale modern living along the Mystic River at the new Assembly Row.

Update 5/2017:  I've lived here for 3 years now. I've never been happier. The public transportation is great, wonderful neighbors, excellent facilities. The staff is just simply the best. Living in a luxury building comes with high expectations but the AVA staff is amazing. They are responsive, listen and do that little bit extra to make your experience the best. Premium pricing but the utilities are so low compared to everywhere else. The new construction and high efficiency have month after month proven to be a bargain. The resident events are lots of fun, lots of great people to live with. When people ask me what it's like living here I tell them, "It's like living in a Vegas hotel just without the room service!"

I have lived at AVA Somerville for almost a year and what makes this place amazing is the incredible staff!  Besides the location and the building being just simply awesome, the leasing and maintenance team are the best I have ever had.  I literally just want to renew due to them!  Johnny and RB in maintenance are phenomenal! The leasing agents are outstanding as well!!

I have been a resident of AVA Somerville for the 1 year and 2 months. It has been a really great experience living here. My boyfriend and I love it and we are so glad we made the decision to call this special place our home. One of the best things about living here are the people who work in this building-they make it feel like home! They care so much about the residents, the space, and making it the best experience for everyone. Just this past Sunday, I was throwing the trash out in the trash room on my floor. By accident, my house keys AND car keys got wrapped up in the top of the trash bag and went flying DOWN the trash chute. I was so upset with myself and embarrassed AND I was left without my house keys and car keys. Johnny, one of our super reliable and kind maintenance guys, came to the rescue. After I called the emergency maintenance line, he showed up in less than one hour and rescued my keys from the dumpster. I know this was probably a terrible process (especially on his day off), but he acted like it was not a big deal at all! I am so thankful for his kindness and willingness to help out. This is just one example of how the staff here go the extra mile to help out the residents of this building.

Sarah hands down did an awesome job showing me around but also making sure I felt comfortable right away! She took the time to show me multiple layouts of the floorplans Ava had to offer. Sarah had me sold instantly and signed the lease the same day! Thank you Sarah as well as Ava Somerville for making this the easiest move and best decision!! I will definitely recommend Sarah and the Ava complex to anyone I know!

Overall, I had an amazing experience moving into my new apartment at AVA. My community consultant, Sarah, was a pleasure to work with from the start. She explained the building and apartment features with ease and in detail and totally sold me on this place. Before we moved in, we were provided all the tools and information we needed to make our move in process easier. Moving in ended up being a breeze! I could not be happier with my experience and would happily recommenced anyone to find a home in this building.
