^above is what I wrote after moving in to Avalon at Assembly Row, and my experiences here over the past year have been even better than expected. I loved living at Avalon at Assembly Row. The leasing office is what makes it as great as it is. The location next to the T and at Assembly Row is also so convenient and SO FUN! If I didn't have to move into the city, I would have stayed 100%!

*****Professional management and staff who never hesitate to support and help. *****Maintenance service and quick in response (day&night or in the weekend). Great neighborhood with all you need. Avalon is a perfect place to live in.

I absolutely love living in this community! The apartments are spacious and modern and the location is awesome. It's such a fun place to live with a lot going on in the surrounding area. The convenience of being close to downtown Boston, Cambridge and the suburbs is something that I love as well. I have to give a big shout out to Amanda who works in the office - she was extremely helpful during the application process and has continued to help make this move seamless. I highly recommend this complex!

I can't say enough about the staff here. Cass in the main office is a joy. Always a smile on her face and ready to help out. I had a mattress/box spring I needed removed but the timing for the removers was never going to work out with my work schedule, so Cass offered to bring the removers up to the room, supervise them, and lock the door on her way out. She followed up with me via email to let me know everything went smoothly. That's why you should live here. Of course, being an Avalon, it goes without saying the finishes and amenities are top notch as well. Everyone I bring through is thoroughly impressed. And, I hope they don't read this - but I'm actually feeling like for the proximity to Boston and amenities of the building/living at Assembly Row, the rent is quite reasonable!
