Amazing place - clean, quite and close to shopping and restaurants. Very close to 267 and all major roads. Safe place for kids and family. We have a great experience living here. Patrick Lyons - community supervisor is super helpful, goes above and beyond to help us whenever we need. Krista Cody - community consultant is amazing and very helpful. Overall this is a great place to live.

They are extremely accommodating, since walking in and speaking with Krista, she was very kind in assisting us with the move and understanding our situation. To this day she's saved the day for me more than once ! The whole leasing office personnel are wonderful and always happy. Overall, it's a really nice community, the neighbors are polite, keep to themselves, and some like to strike up conversations. The location is great, the tool road is a light away, rt 28 is minutes away. I'm very content with Avalon Woodland Park, and Krista as well. Thanks guys !

It's well maintained community to live in. Nice apartment and value for money. Thank you Avalon team. Our experience with the team here has been pleasant. We recommended Avalon to a colleague and Colin from the Avalon team ensured the best service to us. Except for the community gate, which is found to be dysfunctional frequently and a microwave oven (its common feature in some apartments), we liked everything else here.

The office staff are awesome! Very helpful! If something needs to be fixed in the apartment they are right on it! They are great to help you in anyway they can! They also remember the residence which is awesome to feel important. The only thing I wish was better was how to pay rent I wish they accepted debit/CC without a charge but that is out of the office control! I would highly recommended these apartments to any of my friends.

I am a very neat and clean person so I am very adamant that my surroundings are commiserate. Noise, cleanliness of breezeways is an issue. Rent is a little too high considering utilities aren't included.
