I have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Van Metre Woodland Park. No bugs, noise, or issues with the cleanliness of the property. Maintenance responds to whatever requests I have quickly and my unit is quiet and peaceful. Additionally, Javarus Ford always displays phenomenal customer service and is super punctual with respect to responding to my inquiries. Most recently, he made my transfer within the community seamless and I couldn't be more happy. I completely enjoy living here!

If I had an option to give no star I would.  Staff is rude and hard to reach. You don't have options for Internet and cable, and the service/connection is lousy. The apartments have the label "Luxury" but there is nothing luxurious about them. 

My wife and I lived there for 2 1/2 years. We had ants, and the garbage bins were always down the walk and onto the street. The gate is always left open, so people will drive in to drop off their trash from outside the community. Even if the gate was closed, people have taken the gate off and have pryed it open to get in.

 The garage we rented was broke into and had my expensive mountain bike stolen. The garage was also worked on by maintenance because of a leak. Almost 2 years had past before we moved out, and it was still never fixed. We were left renting a garage with a massive gaping hole in the ceiling with a lot of water that would leak from the upstairs apartment. They claimed they were waiting on a part the entire time.

we had packages delivered which were stolen consistently. people from outside the apartment community would roam through the corridors, especially at night time. At night time they would also roam through the streets. Not sure what they were up to, but they didn't belong there to begin with. 

What finally sent my wife and I out completely was the prostitution that had started down the street. Yes, a brothel! Which went on for a good 6 months before they were finally evicted. Men came in from everywhere to find this apartment consistently. On the last day we were there, a man told us that his car was broken into and stolen from the property. He told us that the police had found it chantilly.

Van meter apartments is easy to get into, but very difficult to get out. Be prepared to do a lot of bending over backwards when you are ready to leave.

I don't recommend anyone to pay high rent for a trashy place. Also, just to keep in mind. Their turnover rate in the office is extremely high. So don't bother to memorize any names. Odds are, they won't be there long anyway..

Woodland Park is an amazing community and would referrer anyone to live here. Emily has been great in assisting me with all my request! Amazing staff and maintenance.

I was resident at Van Metre Woodland park, moved out 6 months back. Now got post from hotWire saying moderm was not returned and need to pay $250 which is shocking. Apartment has only one option of this service provider tied up. I remember when I move out I tried to return that modem to leasing office but they misguided saying not required and trash it! HotWire also didn't communicate me immediately but now saying they got termination notice last month only.. I really don't understand what happened. When I ask other friend who lived there also had similar experience..

Upon moving in I was worried about customer service being a issue . After meeting Liz I was convinced everything would be good . She was very kind and helpful and gave me a good feel about the community.
