This park was free to enter and park. There was a small museum in the welcome center which detailed the history of farming in this area. After leaving the museum, my kids loved seeing the cows shading themselves under nearby trees. We were told that you can pet the animals, just as long as they approach you at the fence. You cannot feed them. Besides the cows, my kids were thrilled to see a pig and her babies, goats, sheep and horses. They have a carousel that runs about every half hour or so, a country shop with relatively inexpensive gifts and small food items. Also, you can buy tickets to ride in a seated wagon, pulled by a tractor to have a tour of the farm. We did not do this. Overall it was a very nice afternoon.

Donations appreciated but not required. Great park to enjoy some farm animals, a carocell (spelled wrong?) for a small ticket fee and small playground. There is even a little country store that sells trinkets and ice cream treats. You can learn how to milk a cow and even tour a early Americana farmhouse with relics. Haven't been here on a Saturday so I can't comment on how crowded it might be then. I have taken my daughter on a Sunday afternoon about 2 hours before closing and during the morning weekdays and it was nice and calm. Parking was a breeze. This is also a great place to pack a picnic basket, good book and enjoy nature. Note that there is no place indoors to hang so be mindful with inclement weather. There are indoor restrooms which were surprisingly clean and even had toilet seat covers. 👍

We love Frying Pan Farm Park. My kids love to see all the animals. We have ridden the carousel and enjoyed the wagon ride. The playground is fun too!

Such a great place for kids. You can pet animals for free and plenty of space for kids to roam. There is stuff to spend hours on with the kids: country store, playground, merry-go-round, farmer's market, wagon rides, horse shows, baby animals, kid size tractors, old farm exhibits, walking paths, blacksmith, and bonfires. You can't go wrong with tractors and cows. Perfect place for kids parties.
