I had a very negative experience with Ken Gordon.  I had been corresponding for months with emails dated from Sept 2014 to Dec 2014 and on Dec. 14th, the eve of the healthcare deadline, he advised me he was "under no obligation to help me" and the reason was "I asked too many questions" and I was "too time consuming".   As an insurance agent, this shows absolutely no professionalism or loyalty to his own customers.  He made promises to help me which he didn't keep.  I would advise anyone considering his services to be aware.
