Empire Title is the best title company I've ever used. I recently closed on an investment property. The day I provided Empire with the fully executed contract, Cynthia immediately sent an e-mail to all the parties to the transaction introducing herself and setting transaction goals to ensure that all parties were on the same page. She nudged along the seller-side representative and my lender to ensure that all parties drafted and submitted documents to close the transaction on time. They never missed a beat.  I trust this company to accurately and diligently close all my real estate transactions, and I highly recommend it to all.

Kim De Biase was wonderful to work with on the closing of our home.  She is very reliable and punctual.  My husband and I knew we were in good hands from the get-go.  The entire process ran smoothly because of Kim.  Every home closing naturally has a couple bumps in the road.  She handled them in stride and made sure everything was sorted out quickly and handled properly.  I highly recommend this company to home buyers and sellers.

We sold our Miami condo by using Empire Title Services. Since we are Canadian, we needed a mail-away closing. We found Cynthia to be very competent, professional and responsive. After exchanging a few emails, we felt we are in good hands and everything will be taken care of. 
We will use their services again and really recommend them to our friends and family members.

Recently my elderly parents sold a house and Empire Title Services handled the closing.  The transaction was handled very professionally by both Kim DeBiase and Cynthia Cohen.   I found them both to be extremely detailed and responsive with any questions.  Knowing that the transaction was being handled by two true professionals of was of great comfort to both my parents and myself.
