I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking for insurance. I rang many companies before I was blessed to find her and I had a number of bad experiences. Melissa was incredibly professional, quick and very helpful, she was able to get us discounts and get us the best quotes for our needs. I had almost given up hope of good service or being treated with respect from some companies in the city until Melissa restored my faith! She is a rare gem and I wont be going to anyone else in the future!

I stumbled across Melissa looking for a new insurance policy, at Great Florida insurance. I've been on the phone for 2 days giving me crazy quotes. The company that I was with constantly raising my rates, so it's time to look for another company who is reasonably priced. She gave me a quote that was better than I had. That I had originally got from a company 4 years ago. So I decided I need to see her right away before things changed. I only had a few days left before my policy expired. When I sat down with her she was very helpful very polite very informative and very very professional you couldn't ask for anything more she even reduce my policy even more which I couldn't believe. I didn't have coverage that I thought I had. When you leave her office you will totally understand what you're getting and what you have when you leave. Highly recommend Melissa, don't take my word for it. Get a quote and see for yourself. I think you'll be surprised. I'm going to recommend her to family and friends she earned it. Melissa is awesome! Not like most of the challenges one is faced with in doing business in Miami! Her professionalism and prompt replys to my insurance needs makes her a 10 star in my book. Thanks Melissa you rock!

After our agent of 10 years took 3 months to get us a new quote, I knew I had to find a new agent! Melissa was referred by a friend. Not only did she save us $1900 a year, but she made the process seamless. She had the inspection company call us to do the inspection, all documents were sent via docusign. I look forward to working with Melissa every year as she is the first agent in Miami that is truly interested in helping her costumers!

Melissa makes buying insurance easy. She and her staff are knowledgeable and responsive. Her service is the best I've experienced in South Florida. Thank you Raposo Insutance for making our insurance buying process a pleasure. I highly recommend giving Melissa a call.
