The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!  I was lied to regarding rates, appointments that were confirmed with Ricardo were missed, horrible communication (when you can actually get a hold of them).  Ricardo is nonexistent except for an email response here and there.  Office refuses to give you a direct number to Ricardo.  This was the worst mistake I made moving to this Agency.

I've been a client with Ricardo Arbesu for over a year now & I can truly tell you that they are a pleasure to work with! Kensy answered all of my questions/concerns and even signed me up for Life Insurance! Who knew there was more to Statefarm than Car Insurance! Great customer service and affordable! What more can you ask for!

OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!!! CHANGED THE QUOTE ON ME AFTER LESS THAN A WEEK AND COMPARED TO ALL OTHER CAR INSURANCES THEY ARE 30% HIGHER!!! I LASTED LESS THAN A MONTH AND SWITCHED IMMEDIATELY TO ANOTHER CAR INSURANCE (STATE FARM). TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TEEEERRIBLEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
