Great customer service. Great people.

Worst experience ever, do NOT buy from them. I am 23 years old, and went to buy my first car with my dad, and I'd finally found one by the end of the week, and I needed one within two days. I spent an hour with a man named Melchor, and we confirmed we wanted it. He told us what to do, and we did it all immediately. He gave us the papers to sign. I signed them, went to the bank, spent four hours there getting a loan even though I was ***** exhausted from work. Called Avila's after the financing was confirmed to let them know the loan went through and we were heading to pick it up, and they'd sold the car out from under me less than 24 hours after all of this. Now, there's a chance I am going to LOSE MY JOB because they sold the car they gave me the paper work for the day before. They DO NOT care about their buyers, the people they shake hands with, or families. I was so prepared and relieved to have found a car JUST in time, and now I'm completely in tears because it's going to affect my life, and I guarantee you they don't care.

My daughter bought here first car here. Well we though she did. Here is how it went. Picked out car, agreed on price, was given purchase order, went to bank, opened account, got car loan, came back, car was sold out from under us. She ended up getting a car loan FOR NOTHING. I specifically told the car salesman when we were coming back too. Not cool! Daughter bummed because it was the perfect little car for her. I guess that's what happens when you go to a sketchy place like this. Makes ya'  wonder what was wrong with the car too.

I recently bought a GTO from these guys and I had a great experience.  

I made an offer over the internet, they accepted, a couple weeks later(busy schedule) I came in for a test drive.  After the test drive I mentioned the offer and they not only remembered but also stuck to it, they didn't try to back out or throw up any BS. I was shocked.

The guys working there seems pretty cool too.
