If your in the market for a (like new) car,see these people. No haggle price (below KBB) 12 month warranty,seven day return , 12 months free road service. The process was painless. The staff courteous and professional. Absolutely no pressure. I dealt with Hanna, a very pleasant person to work with. I was there probably about two and a half hours. The only reason for that was they were making three sales at the same time! Needless to say, James, the finance person was quite busy.

  At any rate I highly recommend these folks, can't say enough about this Enterprise Car Sales location.

Manny and everyone at the renton enterprise was extremely helpful. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. They also helped me get the car i wanted that day. Thanks

Came in to check out a vehicle. Looked at two, and Hanna was very helpful. But decided to wait to purchase, like any normal person, and think about it. i mean - do you marry the first person you see? No! She had John, who was the financial person there, come speak with me.  After telling him how I felt, he was trying to push the sale and asked why did I need the time. He asked me who I had a loan with my prior vehicle. I told him. And was specific to give me time to think about this and not run my credit. Now I am receiving a bunch of credit loan applications I did not authorize. If you are just window shopping, do not disclose any information about yourself. Hanna is nice, but the management there needs to be replaced.

Prepare for your typical uninformed, pushy, still wet behind the ears novice sales reps.... Why am I here? I must have asked myself that a dozen times (was not my idea to be there to begin with). They did, however, have a really amazing collection of antique cars.

I must say my experience here at Enterprise was great. After car problems I needed a vehicle during the servicing of my car of course. The front desk are definitely personable and friendly.  Most other places wanted a credit card in which I didn't have. This place not only charged me 100.00 for deposit they upgraded my vehicle for the same price. I am beyond pleased. Yes u wont regret your visit! Thanks again you guys!
