Great used car dealer. The staff is great. Really friendly and helpful. They worked really hard to find me a good deal, do to my poor credit history. Overall I had a really good experience buying a car there.

Went to this place not knowing what to expect (used car lot) and was pleasantly surprised by getting one of the best services I've ever had. Not only they were able to help me with finding the right car but also accommodating my financing needs, Ezequiel was very helpful throughout the sale. One of the sales managers Miguel, took the time to explain lots of concerns that I've had and also helped me showing some features of the car. Thanks you Miguel for making my experience a great one! I went with my friend because we were both looking into getting cars in the next couple months. Everything started out fine until towards the end. I asked if they could open one of the vehicles I was interested in, so one of the workers went to grab the key. He came back and said that he was unable to locate the key, but he brought along another worker named Miguel. Miguel asked why I was there and what I was interested in. I told him I just wanted to see the inside of this car because I wanted to compare it to the another one I took for a test drive. He then asked how much I can pay, and I said that I couldn't afford a car at the moment, but I wanted to look around and get a feel for something I might like. He then said that the point of coming to test drive a car is that you will buy it - same day. I said I wanted to wait a few months until I am more financially stable to get a car, and he said that all the cars in the lot will be gone by then so I should just buy one now. He was agitated that I couldn't get a car right then and there.Worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. Never going there again.

This was an interesting experience. Nate and Gladys were very nice and helpful. Nate showed us several cars. In the past I have used private car sales. These guys had difficulty explaining why they needed information that did not seem relevant to the car sale. I like to understand the documents I am signing because there are so many issues with privacy. They said contradictory things and I didn't know what to trust. However, the one star rating is because of how the financial rep, Lam, treated us when we were finalizing the sale price. He was unwilling to negotiate. He insulted our trade in which was just unnecessary.  We probably would have gone through with the purchase at the price point they wanted if he had not interfered.  They didn't seem to need our business, which makes me think they do tend to rip people off. I am glad it resulted in this way. I plan to go to a reputable dealership when the time comes.
