Absolute worst car rental experience I've ever had. Scheduled a van rental 2 weeks ahead of time for a large group and was told when I arrived that they didn't actually have the van and I would need to drive to another location 45 minutes away (hour and a half round trip) to pick it up. They said they called (two hours before I was supposed to pick it up) but didnt even bother to leave a message, and refused to have the car delivered to the right location. Ended up giving me a marginal discount on a car that barely fit half our group. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Just leaving a feedback for the latest car rental I did with this branch. In general, the customer service at this branch is simply a joke! There is no customer appreciation what so ever! Despite being offered at the time of car reservation, the branch agent refused to pick me up or drop me off with a lame excuse that he is all alone at the counter, which was simply a lie since I saw his coworker at the branch in both occasions that I was there! What is the benefit of renting from a neighborhood branch if this simple service is not offered, and worse than that, lying to the customer to get away from providing the service! The service was so slow; at the pick up, I had to stay at the counter for a while, then go around and ask for the agent all over the place to find him! Very unsatisfied with this lazy customer care and service!

best  service, the agent on the counter Nabil , was great , very professional , smiling and helping , all was easy and fast, we made a reservation to go to Maine for a week end , and we got a great car , very clean and so economic on gas , as we follow Nabil advise to take that  car and he was totally right ! we use to rent before from different location , but from now we will always go to saugus location , price are perfect , nice clean cars and specially service is great ! i totally recommend
