Nabil -- who is the manager there - is one of the nicest and most accommodating people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.  He will go out of his way to get you the best and lowest price, find you a car if he does not have one in stock, and generally go the extra mile.  So regardless of price, I rent my cars here all the time.  I just go in and he cuts me the best break available.  In one instance an economy car was late being returned so I was basically screwed -- he didn't have anything else -- it was a really busy day.  It turns out the person returning it actually ended up basically stealing the car as a side note.  Anyway -- he makes a call -- I go ten minutes up the road and get a top of the line mustang at another location -- FOR THE SAME PRICE!  Nabil makes the place.  I sincerely recommend your doing business with this branch of Budget and specifically Nabil.

Just leaving a feedback for the latest car rental I did with this branch. In general, the customer service at this branch is simply a joke! There is no customer appreciation what so ever! Despite being offered at the time of car reservation, the branch agent refused to pick me up or drop me off with a lame excuse that he is all alone at the counter, which was simply a lie since I saw his coworker at the branch in both occasions that I was there! What is the benefit of renting from a neighborhood branch if this simple service is not offered, and worse than that, lying to the customer to get away from providing the service! The service was so slow; at the pick up, I had to stay at the counter for a while, then go around and ask for the agent all over the place to find him! Very unsatisfied with this lazy customer care and service!

Terrible experience!! I show up at time of my reservation and they tell me they have no more cars left. They had one 12 passenger van. They said I could drive to Boston airport Budget Rental and trade it in for a car. That is totally out of my way. They could not give me a discount or anything. Driving a 12 passenger van burns gas. I had no intention of driving to Boston. It was as though them not having any cars was my fault.

Booked a car online. Show up at 2:30pm on a Saturday to find them closed.  No car.  Wasted $40 on Uber.  Real top notch place here.

They are never on time! Opens at 11 shows up at 11:15. Trying to drop off, opens at 10:00..... still waiting 😕
