Michael (who was at the desk and checked my rental car out and in) and Josh (who picked me up from the auto body shop and dropped me back off at the auto body shop when my own vehicle was ready for pick up) are the most attentive, intelligent, careful, and sincere rental car employees whom I have ever had the pleasure of meeting with whom I have ever had the pleasure of interacting. I only write these reviews when I have something outstanding to say about a company. And I felt compelled to write this one because my experience with Enterprise on Broadway in Saugus, MA (THROUGH Michael and Josh) was SO OUTSTANDING that I NEVER plan to use any other car rental company again-- ever. My experience was THAT fantastic. Firstly, Michael called me from Enterprises to coordinate my pick-up within 15 minutes of me reporting the accident to my insurance company. He LISTENED to me (and the things that matter to me in a car) and gave me the PERFECT rental SUV for my needs. Then, Josh (who is a snappy dresser on top of being excellent at his job, very professional, AND just a really nice guy) picked me up IN the car that I was to be renting (so that I could transfer all of my belongings from my own damaged car to my awesome new rental vehicle--a task with which Josh INSISTED on helping me-- and he even opened my car door for me, who does THAT anymore?) When we got back to Enterprise, a few minutes drive away, it was so fast and easy with Michael begins the desk to get me checked out and ready to go! Checking the rental car back in two weeks later after my own car had been repaired was JUST as easy! And once again Josh was there at 8am on the dot to take me back to the auto body shop (IN the car I had rented, once again opening and closing my car door and moving all of my belongings back into mtg own car). The whole thing was an unbelievably pleasant experience from start to finish. The funny thing is that the auto body shop I always use (I have a lot of car accidents, something I am working on!) has a Hertz in the same building. Therefore, I have always rented from Hertz in the past. But after having several lousy experiences with Hertz, I told my insurance company that I wanted to use Enterprise this time (EVEN THOUGH they were a 5 or 7 minute drive away from the auto body shop and I would have to drive back and forth). Well, I am SO GLAD I MADE THAT DECISION. The entire experience was a million times better than ANY experience I have EVER had with Hertz. And what I loved about Enterprise (and Michael and Josh) was their HONESTY about everything. Unlike the sleexy guys at Hertz, they didn't try to sell me insurance that I really didn't need, and they told me there would be a maximum $20 fee for using the toll roads in the rental car. Hertz lied about stuff and wasted my money inn the process. Enterprise, because of Michael and Josh, has gained itself a lifetime and loyal customer in me! THANK YOU, MICHAEL AND JOSH! And thank you, Enterprise (On Broadway, in Saugus, MA).

They turned what could've been a bad trip into an amazing one. I had reservations with another car company a month before my trip, but they did not fulfil when I arrived. I called this Enterprise, spoke with John, and a car was sent out to get me. Not only did they honor the same price as the other company, they were super awesome and professional about everything. Would definitely recommend.
