They charged me for $50 of gas after I delivered a car with a full tank. They also indicated that I drove 100 miles when I only drove a total of 40. Service was fine, but it's completely negated when you get ripped off for no reason. I don't know if their employees lied or if they just forgot and made some numbers up, but this is nuts.

We reserved a mid-sized SUV (RAV-4 or comparable) , but they gave us a Subaru crosstrack. The only way this was comparable to a RAV-4 was it had 4 wheels and 4 doors. We used a mid-sized SUV to get ourselves (2 adults, 2 kids in car seats plus bags ) to the airport at the beginning of our trip, so we know we fit. This thing they gave us barely fit one suitcase and one carry on in the back! When I went in to try and get another vehicle I got nothing but attitude from the guy. My friends (who came to help us get our luggage to where we were staying) Honda accord was better equipped to carry or luggage than the Subaru they were calling an SUV. I called back the next day and talked to Amy, she was much more helpful. She understood the problem, didn't act like I was lying about the luggage not fitting, got us into an appropriate vehicle, and now we can start our road trip (a day late) without my five year-old having to hold a suitcase on her lap. If it weren't for Amy fixing this issue, I'd be giving a 1 or 2 star review. If we had delta with Amy last night, this would be a 5 star review.

Associates were very professional. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up, I was informed immediately that there was a delay due to recent demand in other cities and as a result the car that I was scheduled to pick up was being delivered and had not yet arrived. They kept me informed 100% of the time on the status, and being in the customer service industry I appreciate the transparency. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick & efficient pick-up and drop off, as well as arguably the most bang for your buck rental experience. I have rented from numerous other companies, and I can honestly say that I will be going to Avis first from now on. Kudos to the Burlington Airport Avis Team. Thank you for a great experience.

My flight from Newark was delayed two hours. Got in at 1 AM. When I called them about the delay, the Burlington AVIS staff promised they'd stay open until I got there, and they did. The young man working the desk was friendly, helpful and efficient. Great customer service when it really mattered.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Cars are clean and run great. Easy to reserve and service was quick!
