Claimed my car was "full of sand" (which it wasn't) and charged me $150 for cleaning. I told the manager that I would call Avis to dispute the charge. He marked the charge as "do not change" so the people at Avis corporate couldn't fix it. The corporate office told me to call my credit card to dispute the charge.

Rudest car rental experience of my life.  Tried to make me take a car that was dirty, covered in scratches and had interior stains!  Moreover, the front of the car was dented and the metal cut straight through. When I asked for the damaged front to be marked on the damage form, they refused!The manager had some lines shown on the form but he refused to mark the dent! I videotaped the car and have the damage and condition of the car recorded.  When I asked for a different car, the manager refused saying the car was very valuable and nearly despite being in dreadful shape. He said, "don't you trust me?  It's my car?"  He started ranting at me after I told him he was crazy for thinking the car was in good condition.  He said, "You calling me crazy?"  Of course I was not calling him crazy.  Then when I told him he was rude he banned me from the store and came to my car to give me a receipt cancelling the rental!  Scary dude!  Incredible!  I have a security representative who witnessed the whole thing!

The people here are ridiculous.  They had three people working there with two computers and yet the manager wouldn't let the employees help anyone by themselves so only one customer could be helped at a time.

We went in to reserve a truck for next week and later decided to cancel it.  They refused to give us a cancel receipt and instead just gave us a second confirmation receipt.  When we tried to get some cancellation confirmation, they refused.  It's really sketchy there and honestly we found uhaul to be more affordable anyway.   I wouldn't suggest coming here.  The customer service is awful and the manager acted angry because we wanted proof that we'd cancelled.

Worst customer service ever. First they gave me the wrong car then they tried to charge me a $275 smoking fee.  I have never smoked a day in my life. Then the agents don't have the authority to reverse any charges and really don't care about your issue. I will never use this location again.

We arrived an hour early and were told there would be an addition charge but the manager had no idea how much it would until he put it thru and then he couldn't change it.  It was my understanding it should not affect it regards of an hour.  After some pointless discussion and we needed to leave he put it thru...costing an additional $50.00...for one hour!  Completey inappropriate and wrong!  I have since tried numerous different reservations on the web site and that hour makes absolutely no difference in cost!  The car was very dirty and the turn signal was not working. I normally am not so disappointed I write a poor review but in this case I have no choice..  I would recommend you avoid this business!!
