People's, this branch is awesome! The emoloyess are so resourceful and helpful! And the Manager Mrs. Eli is amazing! The A-1 service here is astonishing and I recommend this place before all rental car companies! May GOD continue to bless this branch and the company in whole!!

The staff is a pleasure to work with at this location. The gentleman who helped me out both times I've been was excellent to deal with. He is exactly what customer service should be in my opinion and I'll return for that reason alone. He is very professional, yet friendly and helpful. The manager on duty with him is always a pleasure to deal with as well. In addition to the great customer service the prices are great and the Vehicles have always been well kept and a joy to drive. Id recommend going here to anyone and there isn't anywhere else that I'll use in this area moving forward. Thanks for offering a great vehicle at a price that doesn't drain the bank account!  Don't hesitate or let a bad review fool you, I've used all the major companies and this one is by far the best I've dealt with.

This was the 1st time i used this rental service. The staff was very friendly but we ended up having an issue with the vehicle 12 hours from home. They quickly came up with a solution and fixed the problem.  Although it cost me a hotel room, 1/4 tank of gas, 6 hours of my day they made it good by adjusting the cost of the rental. I will be using them again.

Very pleasant staff, good deal on the rental, quick check in and out. Definitely recommend.

Terrible. Incompetent employees. Only came here because it's where the dealership set up a rental while my car was out of commission. If I ever need another rental while my car is waiting for service, I'll pay out of pocket rather getting a car from NextCar again.

Rude freaking people, I called 7-14-23 at 6:57 Pm and got in contact with a sales rep. ive had issues with this same rental company so I had my sister recording on another phone. the rep refused to help me and stated he was sending me to customer service and that they are closed, he than refused to give me his name or even even let me speak to a manager and then hung up… My family are frequent renters so it’s extremely sad

Staff were great. Had to get a rental due to my car being in the shop. Made the rewrites very easy after the 28 days. Vehicles were clean and newer.

As many of the other reviews have stated the manager of this branch is definitely inexperienced and does not value good customer service. On our way back from an 18 hr trip we were running a bit late due to traffic and heavy rain. I called ahead to let them know we’ll be an hr late only to be told that I have to pay $80 for an extra day. As someone who uses their services often I will NOT be using it again. I wondered why they had bad reviews on here. Now I know. Will be taking my money elsewhere!!

Place does not conduct honest business. Need at least 500 deductible or they're charging 21.60 a day in addition. My 40 dollar a day car went to over 80. Plus terrible customer service, didn't explain or expound when I asked about the fees, and took almost 30 minutes to get me in a vehicle when I was the only customer. Pathetic!
