I went to the enterprise in Frederick, Maryland and they were the nicest people! They walked me through every single step and made it quick and easy. They called the dealership providing the car for me after we were finished for payment and waited very patiently for a call back even though they were closing. Overall, it was a great experience.

When renting a pickup from here I was assured on the reservation line that ALL of their trucks were equipped for towing. I was even asked what I was going to have on the rented trailer. After arriving I found that none of their trucks had trailer hitches and was told by the location staff that they didn't allow towing. I explained to them that's not was I was told but there was nothing they could do. It was a Sunday afternoon and I had no other options. I ended up without a way to move my vehicle. EXTREMELY disappointed!

The agents at this facility are excellent. 
They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. The facility itself is clean and well maintained a plus in their favor! 
There is always an impression of waiting too long but this is due to the high volume of people visiting this location. I am always mindful that if a location is frequently visited and busy its because the customers feel this is a place they would like to do business. 
 Enterprise has my and my family's rental car needs satisfied.

I must say, I was very impressed with the professionalism and their high quality of customer service. Check-in took less than 10 minutes, this team knows exactly how to get you in and out. They walk you through both the check-in and check-out process very quickly and like I said...I was very impressed with this Enterprise staff!!! They definitely get the thumbs up award for exceeding my expectations of customer service and being professional!!!

I am very dissatisfied with my last experience with enterprise. First off I was given a damaged rental and after many attempts with multiple locations in my area I was not able to get a replacement. Not only did I experience a disconnect between neighboring locations but an overall lack in customer service. Return my rental was an even bigger nightmare as I was left to fend for myself in a foreign city because Mr. Hercules Jones refused to help with my transportation needs. While on hold I kept hearing your company motto of customer service over and over. At the end of my experience I felt as though your company has lost it’s way from that motto and failed completely. Enterprise had always been my first choice when it came to rental vehicles. Perhaps after this experience I will have to look elsewhere.
