The customer service was great. The car I rented was not so great, but each staff I spoke with was professional and helpful. I was able to get my vehicle issues resolved with little headache.

I rented a minivan 6 weeks in advance, only to be given a "free upgrade" to a vehicle with no storage space. I said I needed a mini van and was told they could do absolutely nothing to get me one, despite my reservation.  They did nothing to compensate for their grave error and I left with no vehicle for my family of 6 and our luggage.  Atrocious.
