My experience was a good one. Very friendly young man that leased my vehicle to me. I can't say that his co-worker was very friendly & did wait for him to help me instead of offering but I was glad I got him instead in the long run. I normally have nothing but helpful leasing agents with Enterprise so thank you.

The Enterprise office at the airport was closed both when we arrived and later when I tried to add a driver.  The wait time for both was between 20-30 minutes.  Also, the parking lot at this airport was difficult to negotiate at night.  Otherwise, it was a good experience with an automatic upgrade.

Our Enterprise rental was flawless; could not have been better.  Picked up our car (Hyundai Sonata) at Rochester, MN airport.  Dan was very pleasant and efficient.  The car was very clean, comfortable, easy to drive, with a smooth ride.  Return of the vehicle was also easy; could not ask for more!  Keep up the good work, Enterprise!
