We flew into Rochester and our stay was extended unexpectedly. We wanted to explore the area and didn't  want to be car-less over the weekend. Enterprise was great! Very reasonable rates, picked up and dropped off at the hotel, and a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. No drama at return time unlike other rental companies; this was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

My opinion as a customer is there sevice is adequate. I would like to have more options on full size even when i called its limited sometimes none. They are quick to get you driving and helps when you have paper work in order. The staff are friendly and assist well. There prices do vary i assume it depends on days needing a vehicle. I find it useful to call and reserve and ask pricing. They have a nice weekend deal that starts Fridays.

Have rented from the local Enterprise hub in Rochester twice in the last 3 months. Each time I found the staff to be quite friendly, professional & helpful. The pickup & drop off service is a definite plus, needed & greatly appreciated. I've dealt primarily with Matt. He has always been excellent.  He is professional, knowledgeable,  friendly & helpful. Definitely a people person. Excellent customer service skills. I give him 5 stars.  Had a hiccup or two but each was handled immediately, courteously & to my complete satisfaction. However, I do agree that the inventory is a bit limited. I also  wish that the rental prices were a tad bit cheaper and/or that they ran more promotional discounts.  If the latter would happen, I'd be able to rent a car much more often. Nevertheless, I definitely frequently recommend Enterprises and esp.  the the local location to friends, family & patients that I meet at the medical center.  Thanks & keep up the good work guys!

it has been several times having rental cars from this place. Staffs are always helpful and friendly. Free pickup/drop off is so great. Cars are in very good conditions. Never had car issue on the road. my office  at downtown has several other big rental companies but i prefer to choose enterprise. Highly recommend this place to my friends, colleagues.

Enterprise were very fast to contact me after my insurance company notified them that I was involved in an accident. They were easy to work with and even stayed late to get all the paperwork filled out. I would use than again easily
