Very polite, fast service ,no hassle I will definitely be going to Avis again.

I arrange travel and send people through this Avis location for cars every week. Very rarely do I get any complaints and when there are issues, the staff here is excellent at making sure they are addressed immediately. I will not rent from any other place in Ridgecrest if I have the option of renting from them. The rental rates are a little higher than average, but the local customer service is fantastic. Avis corporate customer service, however, is NOT. If you have problems, make sure you go through the local office if you can!

Best price in town for a one way rental, and easy and friendly customer service.  The other office in Montclair Ca was as helpful and friendly as could be. Check out and Check in were under 10 minutes at both locations.  Thanks Avis

Have done business with AVIS in Ridgecrest (Clarion Inn location) and at Inyokern Airport many times over the past 15 years. Really a well-run franchise ... friendly and reliable service, every time. Really appreciate these folks!
