Fantastic sales staff. Our salesman Ryan Sanford helped us out a lot, by contacting us about our new Prius all the way through our purchase process to walking us out the door and explaining the finer points of the vehicle and it's operation. The service staff is always there for us and every customer at Toyota of Ridgecrest. Can't figure out why anybody would buy out of town with customer service like what our local Toyota dealer provides!

The person I spoke to here are a lot more respectful to a car guy’s(like me) knowledge when compared with the ford dealer down the street. They are also not at all pushy, again, like the ford dealer. The prices are overall good for a small town.

Joanne Scott didn't want to help me tried to get me to go away said she would have a salesman call me without taking my info very rude if working for me that would get her fired I am a business owner that profits over 10 k a month big mistake Joanne will never come back there hope your bosses give you pat on the back for costing them a 30k plus sale
