Been using this location for my family's rental needs for years now. We've gone through a few managers and staff but this place has consistently taken great care of us. Anytime we've had an issue with a vehicle it has been handled promptly and professionally. The rewards program is fantastic as it allows us free rentals over time as well as upgrades here and there.

I have in the past enjoyed renting from here.
Rented from here for years.
Lately I have been very disappointed with the customer service. New manager too.
Renting cars that are still dirty. Less than a 1/2 tank of gas. 
This last rental I reserved a car for the weekend. Online got a great rate. Under $40.
I add Damage Waiver as my only extra. So I thought that I was looking at say $70. 
I had to leave early in the morning, so I called and explained my situation. 
I needed to leave before they opened. 
So I asked if I could pick up the car the night before. They said sure.
So I picked up the car about a half hour before closing. Was assured all was good.
My rental Sat and Sun. Drop off Monday morning. 
Long story short, when I dropped off the car before 8:00 am Monday I was charged for 3 full days and also charged for all insurance coverage options. 
Total rental bill came to $171.00 
I was floored.
After trying to find out why I was charged so much, and even being told I would get the 3rd day removed, I was still charged the full $171.00. 
The manager is constantly asking if the gave good service. No I didn't get good service.
I suggest looking around before going there.

Shane and the staff are wonderful. They each go above and beyond what is expected. The cars are clean and was even given a free upgrade since there wasn't any economy cars available. Working with them makes the renting process worth the money

Best service at the Ridgecrest, CA office where Shane, Ebony, Will and Alyssa will always give you the best and  the same service no matter what the situation they stay professional, and so polite.
