Almost all pumps are broken...

This shop is no longer a Smog Shop, but rather a full service Auto Repair Shop. The Owner, Bob Pearl is a certified mechanic, with 45+ years experience. I had a transmission shifting problem. It was diagnosed, and part ordered same day. When part arrived, I was back on the road within two hours.

Avoid..... you will be charged for fuel that just leaks out of the nozzle ( all over you vehicle too )

I wish I could read this review two years ago before taking my car to do smog check at this shop. It happened the same thing with my car. After i took the car home, the alarm did not work and the engine got overheat and  end up i had to replace used engine. It costed $1,650. I recommend not to take your vehicle to this shop.

I took my car there for a smog check and didn't pass due to timing issues.  The timing needed adjustment and I said go ahead.  Three days after I got the car back, I noticed that the alarm was not working and it turned out that these people cut the wires to the alarm??  What for?  Now my radiator started leaking and I took the car to another shop in town and they said the car was pushed too hard during smog check.  I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for the repair.  Do not go to these guys, shady business dealing, bad customer service, and untimely business practices.  I hope they go out of business soon, we don't need people like this in Ridgecrest.
